This affiliation resulted in what is now Personal Medicine of Rochester. The office is committed to individualized attention, a smaller practice size, convenient access to your doctor, advanced diagnostic screenings, and a comprehensive personal wellness plan.

An annual out-of-pocket membership fee covers your Annual Wellness Program, which includes Advanced Wellness Screenings, Personalized Diagnostics, Nutrition Education Seminars, Physical Therapy Screening (balance, gait, range of motion, and functional movement) and Comprehensive Wellness Plan. In addition, longer, more in-depth appointments, cell phone access to clinical team, convenient appointments with easy access to sick visits, and a personalized Member web portal.

Typically, the membership fee can be reimbursed through your Health Savings Account.

Most insurance is accepted for routine office visits. Your membership fee covers advanced screenings and services that are not typically covered by insurance.

In an emergency, call 911 and go to the nearest hospital. Patients can choose their preferred hospital.
